Weekly Recipe – Banana Muffins 2 bananas 1/4 cup sunflower oil 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/2 tsp ground cardamon 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 dates chopped 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour 1.5 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1. Preheat oven to 180C 2. Mash bananas in a bowl, stir in oil and syrup 3. Mix in spices and dry ingredients 4. Spoon into oiled muffin pan 5. Bake for 25 mins or until done Enjoy! |
