Mooli Raita is a high mineral and energy dish that can be is eaten in its raw form.

1 cup yogurt 

1 mooli, grated or thinly sliced

0.5 tsp cumin powder

0.5 green chilli, finely chopped

a small sprig of coriander leaves, finely chopped (or dill)

Salt to taste

1. Whisk the yogurt in a bowl until smooth.

2. Add the remaining ingredients to the yogurt and whisk well.

3. Check the salt and spices and adjust to suit your taste.
