2.5 cups pumpkin

2 cups boiling water

1 Tbsp ghee

1 onion, chopped

1 green chilli

3cm piece of ginger

1 garlic clove

0.5 tsp cumin seeds

salt

10 curry leaves

coriander leaves to garnish

1. Heat ghee, add onion chilli, ginger, garlic, cumin, curry leaves….saute til onion translucent

2. Add water…cook until pumpkin soft

3. Blend

4. Season and serve
